Quail Ridge Villas is a beautiful housing community. It it clean and well kept. The complex has apartment units, duplexes, a senior village, and more. A pool and full exercise room rounds it out. For such a large complex, the grounds are quiet. It is quiet inside as well with very little sound from neighbors. The office manager, Rachel, is friendly and efficient. Quail Ridge is fortunate to have her. Glad I moved here.

Units feature wood laminate flooring in the main areas, with carpeted bedrooms. Senior villas have low profile carpeting for easier mobility.

Do apartments include private outdoor spaces?

Yes, residents can enjoy a private patio or deck with each apartment.

Is extra storage available?

Absolutely! Each unit comes with a dedicated extra storage area.

Are washers and dishwashers included?

Yes, every apartment comes equipped with a washer and dishwasher for your convenience.

What amenities are offered in the community?

Enjoy beautifully landscaped grounds, a fitness center, swimming pool, children’s playground, common areas with a fireplace, and a fire pit.

Are garages available for residents?

Both attached and detached garages are available for residents.

What is the pet policy?

We allow pets based on breed restrictions. A $350 pet registration fee applies and a $30 monthly pet free is required per pet. Please contact us directly for more information.
